超软蜂蜜牛奶玫瑰花餐包
女儿很喜欢吃火腿肠面包,但是火腿肠不想她吃太多,普通的小餐包她也不喜欢,吐司也不爱。有一天,突发奇想,换个花样或许她就喜欢了,然后就尝试了这个玫瑰花餐包。做好后,上网一搜,发现很多这个玫瑰花的餐包,但是总觉得不够软,自己调整了几次,这个方子最满意了。

  • 高筋面粉350克
  • 蜂蜜70克
  • 20克
  • 牛奶170克(+鸡蛋)
  • 奶粉30克
  • 玉米油30ml
  • 3克
  • 酵母4克

Steps to make 超软蜂蜜牛奶玫瑰花餐包

  • 1.把所有材料按照先液体,盐,糖,粉,酵母的顺序放进面包桶,启动和面程序
  • 2.揉面结束后,进行一次发酵,发至面团的2倍大,手指沾粉戳一个洞不会回缩,发酵完成
  • 3.发酵好的面团进行排气,分成12份或九份,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 4.取一个松弛好的面团,分成5份
  • 5.取其中一份擀成圆片
  • 6.把5份圆片依次放在上一片的4分之一处
  • 7.从中间卷起来
  • 8.拿刀从中间切开
  • 9.成了两朵玫瑰花
  • 10.依次做好全部的玫瑰花,我用的是9寸的派盘
  • 11.在温暖处进行二次发酵,发酵到原来的两倍左右,可以洒上椰蓉,也可以省略
  • 12.预热烤箱,上下火中层150度,25分钟,我调了30分钟,烤得有点过了,不过内部组织很不错,很软很好吃
