  • 1.蛏子清洗干净。
  • 2.锅中加入适量清水,放入葱姜和蛏子,煮开后倒入料酒,待蛏子壳张开关火。
  • 3.秋葵切去头尾中间切开放入锅中焯水后捞出。
  • 4.放入提前准备好的纯净水过滤一下。
  • 5.把秋葵摆放在盘中。
  • 6.蛏子肉取出后用纯净水清洗一遍。
  • 7.把蛏子肉铺在秋葵上。
  • 8.把蒜蓉和小米椒末和香葱铺在蛏子上,倒入酱油。
  • 9.锅烧热加入橄榄油烧热后浇入盘中。
