昨天朋友圈有位妈妈广而告之,想买粗粮果蔬做的点心,因为她家小公主不吃水果和蔬菜,粗粮也是不碰的,我给她提供了几个方子,她说太麻烦,那这个最简单,面包机一键到底。

  • 鸡蛋60g(土鸡蛋小的两个)
  • 高筋粉220g

  • 白砂糖20g
  • 酵母3g

  • 1.小番薯去皮,切了两个,对开再对开。
  • 2.切成丁。
  • 3.煮饭的时候蒸上就行。
  • 4.面包机先到液体类的,再到粉类。
  • 5.最后粉中间扒个坑放酵母。
  • 6.欧式柔软一键启动,二次发酵结束。
  • 7.投入蒸熟晾凉的番薯粒,三次发酵烘烤。
  • 8.挺好玩的,有番薯特有的香气。
  • 9.家里那个小的喜欢上手掰来吃,因而没切。
  • 10.因为有了番薯的湿气,烘出来的面包格外柔软,湿润,不易上火更健康啊!
