Steps to make 五色虾球

  • 1.木耳用水冲净表面浮土后用冷水浸泡至完全涨发,洗净控水
  • 2.红椒斜着切成小条
  • 3.黄椒也斜着切成小条
  • 4.西兰花掰成小朵用淡盐水浸泡10分钟捞冲净出
  • 5.阿根廷红虾仁开背后去掉虾线洗净
  • 6.加盐、白胡椒粉、蛋清、淀粉抓匀腌制10分钟
  • 7.香葱切碎、姜切成蓉
  • 8.碗中加入白糖、蚝油、盐、淀粉和少许水调和均匀备用
  • 9.双喜麦饭石炒锅加水、盐烧开
  • 10.倒入西蓝花焯水30秒捞出过冷水备用,西蓝花比较嫩千万不要焯水时间长了
  • 11.随后倒入木耳焯水至断生捞出
  • 12.炒锅烧热加少许油炒香葱、姜碎
  • 13.转大火倒入虾仁快速炒至变色
  • 14.倒入西兰花、木耳、碗汁、红、黄椒快速炒匀即可上桌。
