猪肉香葱肉卷
北方人喜欢吃面食,花样也是百变,一个面团可以变化出几十种可口的美味面点。肉卷也叫懒龙,把面团擀成圆饼形状,把肉馅均匀涂满,然后从一头卷起,收口捏紧,上锅蒸熟,出锅切块,有肉有馅,比起包子要简单很多,不会包包子的朋友可以做一下这个肉卷,味道非常不错

  • 猪肉300克
  • 酵母3克
  • 香油1茶匙

Steps to make 猪肉香葱肉卷

  • 1.酵母用温水稀释,倒入面粉里,和成面团,然后发酵
  • 2.肉剁成馅,香葱切碎
  • 3.放入老抽、香油、食用油、盐、调味
  • 4.搅拌均匀,肉馅就调好了
  • 5.经过三个小时的发酵,面团已经发至原来的2倍大了,用手轻轻拨开,呈现漂亮的网眼状
  • 6.发好的面团取出一块,用手揉一下
  • 7.用擀面杖擀成饼皮,形状如图椭圆形
  • 8.把调好的肉馅均匀的撒在饼皮上
  • 9.从一头开始卷起
  • 10.最后收口处捏紧
  • 11.做的有点长了,因为篦子直径没有那么大,所以切去了两头,做好的肉龙进行二次发酵
  • 12.发好的肉卷放入笼屉中,大火蒸至25分钟,出锅
  • 13.蒸好的肉卷出锅切块
