超级拉丝的水果披萨——草莓披萨
咸香美味的水果披萨相信是很多妹子们和小孩们的最爱了吧,几乎每次家里来了客人都会烤制的,不费什么事,又能获得很多喜爱,当然,能拉出多多的丝的芝士更棒,酸甜的草莓配上口感适佳的派皮,奶香味十足的同时又不乏酸甜开胃的味道,一个披萨,没一会儿就没了, 怎么多都不够的感觉啊~~

  • 高筋面粉100g
  • 白砂糖5g+25g
  • 奶粉5g
  • 60g+5g
  • 马苏里拉芝士100g
  • 色拉油5g
  • 1g
  • 干酵母2g
  • 草莓250g

Steps to make 超级拉丝的水果披萨——草莓披萨

  • 1.称量水、酵母、白砂糖和盐,
  • 2.搅拌均匀并静置几分钟(让它充分发酵)
  • 3.再称量面粉和油,
  • 4.把前面的混合物倒入面粉里面,
  • 5.先用筷子搅拌到无干粉状,再用手揉成光滑的面团,放进烤箱38度左右发酵一小时,
  • 6.在这期间来制作上面的水果,草莓洗净。
  • 7.放进锅内,均匀的撒上25G白砂糖,
  • 8.加5水,炒至草莓变软,糖全部融化,
  • 9.用个碗装起来,
  • 10.面团发酵为原来的2.5倍大,
  • 11.拿出继续揉,把里面的空气挤尽,
  • 12.用擀面杖擀开(这是一个8寸披萨的量,同时也可做两个6寸的,第一次做的最好还是用派盘做,这样厚度能更准确一些,)做出边,
  • 13.用叉子在底部插出小气孔,
  • 14.把草莓在派皮上摆放出自己喜欢的造型,涂抹少量的草莓糖汁在派皮上(一定只能涂一点点,不然烤的时候会流出来的)
  • 15.准备马苏里拉芝士,用大块的擦成丝或者直接买丝状的都行,(家里人都很喜欢吃芝士,就放的比较多,这个可以根据个人喜好来放,不过如果放的太少就拉不出丝了)
  • 16.先撒一半芝士,放进预热210度上下火的烤箱里,烤10min,
  • 17.然后拿出,再把剩下的芝士撒上去,再烤5分钟左右,
  • 18.就可出炉了,
