  • 玉米油25克
  • 葡萄干100克

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入打蛋盆中,打至粗泡状态。
  • 3.加入白糖。
  • 4.继续低速打至蛋液体积明显膨胀,颜色变白。
  • 5.中速打发至蛋液变浓稠,提起打蛋器蛋液不易滴落,即使滴落痕迹也不容易消失。
  • 6.抹茶粉跟低粉一起搅拌均匀,过一遍筛。
  • 7.粉类二次过筛至打发的蛋糊中。
  • 8.像炒菜一样轻轻翻拌均匀。
  • 9.玉米油加入其中,翻拌均匀。
  • 10.加入一大部分葡萄干拌匀,留一小部分做表面装饰用。
  • 11.拌匀的蛋糕糊倒入纸模中,七分满即可。
  • 12.给每个蛋糕表面放数粒葡萄干做装饰,入预热好的烤箱里,175度,中层,上下火,约12分钟至表面微黄即可。
