Steps to make 羊肉大葱红萝卜馅饺子

  • 1.羊肉剁碎,备用。
  • 2.红萝卜洗净,削皮,擦丝,淖一下,捞出,挤出多余水分,切一下,备用。
  • 3.大葱剁碎,备用。
  • 4.姜剁碎,备用。
  • 5.半碗热水放一把花椒粒。
  • 6.泡好的花椒水,去掉花椒粒。
  • 7.羊肉馅放入盆中,晾凉的花椒水分三次加入,顺时针搅拌,直到馅粘稠上劲即可。
  • 8.再放入适量盐、少许老抽、生抽、五香粉、鸡精和花生油。
  • 9.继续放入红萝卜、大葱和姜。
  • 10.搅拌均匀即可。
  • 11.面醒20分钟,再揉成光滑面团。
  • 12.搓成长条状。
  • 13.切成大小均匀的小剂子。
  • 14.擀成大小均匀的饺子皮。
  • 15.包入馅料。
  • 16.包好的饺子。
  • 17.锅中放适量水,水开后,直接放入饺子。
  • 18.煮沸后加冷水,再煮开后再加冷水,一共加三次冷水,已煮熟的饺子,如图所示。
  • 19.出锅装盘。
  • 20.鲜香筋道。
