  • 6.把肉切丝,加入一个鸡蛋清,再加入一勺玉米淀粉。搅拌均匀
  • 7.锅里加入一大勺油。油热,把切好的肉放锅里翻炒一下。
  • 8.加入蚝油。面酱。味精。盐。
  • 9.炒熟。出锅。放进刚才准备好的那个盘子中间。
