  • 牛肉300g
  • 芝麻150g
  • 花椒粒1勺
  • 料酒半碗(小碗)
  • 2勺
  • 白糖1勺

  • 1.黄豆泡发一晚
  • 2.小辣椒摘去蒂洗净晾干
  • 3.辣椒切法随意
  • 4.牛肉解冻切丁(大小随意)黄豆煮熟,熟芝麻备用
  • 5.料酒 花椒 白糖 盐备用
  • 6.微火,锅内倒油放入花椒粒炸片刻
  • 7.倒入牛肉炒干水分
  • 8.放辣椒和黄豆不停翻炒(中小火)
  • 9.倒入料酒 白糖不停翻炒,无需加水
  • 10.最后加盐翻炒2分钟关火
