  • 1.10g咖啡粉加热水融化冷却,取30g淡奶油加热融化,再放入10g咖啡粉拌匀,冷却后倒回剩余奶油中冷藏成咖啡奶油。
  • 2.黄油加糖打至乳化发白,分别打入4个鸡蛋搅拌均匀。再加入面粉与泡打粉搅拌成无干粉面糊。
  • 3.在面糊中倒入咖啡液继续搅拌均匀,再倒入模具中。
  • 4.烤箱提前使用180℃预热,放入蛋糕面糊于中层,烤制30-35分钟。
  • 5.烤制结束后取出冷却,切成两块梯形蛋糕。
  • 6.将咖啡奶油打发,抹在蛋糕上,并把蛋糕组装成金字塔形状,撒上坚果碎,可可粉装饰即可。
