  • 1.鸡腿用热水焯一下,血末焯出来,捞出!
  • 2.熬大骨汤食材,大骨头适量,橙皮一块,葱姜适量,料酒适量,枸杞适量大枣5颗,数小时熬好汤汁,用过滤网过一遍,只要汤汁和大骨头!大骨汤不加盐!
  • 3.锅里加入大骨汤适量,糖适量,耗油适量,鸡腿4个,大枣6个,枸杞适量,2个姜片,葱2段,料酒适量!加适量盐!汤汁靠没!出锅!
  • 4.鸡腿剔骨,鸡肉切丁,黄瓜萝卜切丝,芹菜叶切末,毛葱切末放入盆里!加适量盐、糖、辣椒油,耗油、酱油少许,芝麻、香油少许,虾米适量,搅拌均匀!
  • 5.面粉500克倒入盆里,糖酵母泡打粉倒入碗中,加适量温水稀释,一斤面六两水,面要和软,醒发15分钟!
