  • 1.材料 五花肉 红酒 豆腐乳 京葱 八角 花椒
  • 2.五花肉切块 生姜切块 京葱 辣椒 切段
  • 3.把五花肉放油锅煎表面微黄 捞出备用
  • 4.把油锅放糖炒糖焦黄 倒入五花肉煸炒如上图
  • 5.五花肉炒好 放入红酒 炒出红酒味后 放花椒 八角 生姜 葱段 辣椒 翻炒放老抽上色加水大火烧开
  • 6.大火烧开加入豆腐乳 盐 鸡精 味精 小火焖炖20分钟
  • 7.成品烧好 是不是很有食欲
