现在做面包是做上瘾了,今天又做了一款,折腾了半天终于出炉了

  • 牛奶74克
  • 鸡蛋液36克
  • 清水84克
  • 黄油40克

  • 1.准备所需材料
  • 2.将水倒入面包机内,再鸡蛋液。
  • 3.将盐倒在面包机一角,将糖倒在面包机另一角,和盐避开,再倒入高筋面粉,最后加入酵母,启动面包机和面程序。(这个和面程序为20分钟,每个面包机和面程序设定的时间不一样,也有15分钟的)
  • 4.20分钟和面程序结束,加入软化的黄油,再次选择和面程序,20分钟后和面程序结束,面团光滑而充满弹性
  • 5.让我们检查下面筋状况。取一块面团,慢慢地抻开,这时候面团已经可以拽开一层坚韧的薄膜,膜是保证面包好吃的关键之一,
  • 6.放容器里温暖处发酵至两倍大。
  • 7.取一份面团,分成3等份,搓成长条状,编成鞭子
  • 8.团成绣球状,放入土司盒内。
  • 9.放温暖发至8-9分满
  • 10.烤箱180度,倒数第二层,烤40分钟左右即可脱模
  • 11.冷却好的面包室温存放即可
