糖醋鱼块
我那两条大鱼的鱼身部分都被我炸了,炸好的鱼块大部分被我这样烧着吃了,很美味的,唯一一点就是太多了,天天吃这个菜,有点吃烦了,呵呵!

    Steps to make 糖醋鱼块

    • 1.将鱼身部分的分成大三份后再改刀成小块,纳盆加盐,生抽,料酒和葱姜碎腌上。
    • 2.约半小时后直接往腌好的鱼块中打上鸡蛋,视鱼块的多少而定,我用了二个全蛋。
    • 3.倒入淀粉,加小量泡打粉,我用了二分之一小勺。4、
    • 4.边倒边拌,尽可能使鱼块全都裹上面糊,如图样。
    • 5.净锅倒油,烧热后逐一下入鱼块炸制,中小火慢慢的炸,至焦黄时出锅淋油。
    • 6.炸好的鱼块。
    • 7.取一净锅,倒入三勺醋,三勺生抽,加一勺糖,加适量葱碎。
    • 8.倒入炸好的鱼块,
    • 9.加盖小火煨上。
    • 10.中间开盖检视,看汤汁的情况。
    • 11.收汁理想后,用淀粉勾芡。
    • 12.放葱碎或者蒜苗香菜碎出锅。
