美式奶油牛奶饼 Butter Biscuits
这是领导很喜欢吃的一道主食,夹上咸肉、果酱,好正,很松香,有牙冇牙,好牙坏牙,享受它都冇问题,可以用它来做早餐,也可以做午餐晚餐。为方便没有电子称的童鞋交流,我做了量勺版。

  • 低筋面粉1杯
  • 1/8小勺
  • 苏打粉1/4小勺
  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 起酥油Shortering2大勺
  • 牛油牛奶Buttermilk1/2杯

Steps to make 美式奶油牛奶饼 Butter Biscuits

  • 1.把苏打粉、泡打粉和盐混合在面粉里,搅拌均匀;
  • 2.用一大碗装住室温了的Shortering,把混合好的面粉筛入;
  • 3.用手把粉和Shortering 混合,搓成象米粒似的粒状物;
  • 4.倒入鲜奶油,搅拌成很软的面团;
  • 5.在烤盘上刷一层油;
  • 6.在案板和擀面杖上撒一层薄薄的粉,把面团擀平,约1厘米厚,然后用曲奇模压出面片;
  • 7.压出的面片放在刷过油的烤盘上,面坯之间要留一定的空隙,然后放进预热了的烤箱烤14-18分钟,350-375°F,烤至金黄色,脱盘后晾凉,可以食用了。
