鸡肉的吃法何其多,我独爱这一个,它就是红艳诱人的口水鸡。第一次吃口水鸡是在成都,看着端上桌的那盘口水鸡,真的情不自禁咽口水。虽然不是很能吃辣,但是对口水鸡的热爱只增不减,一盘麻辣红油浸没的鲜嫩鸡块,再搭配丰富的佐料,麻辣鲜香,鸡肉爽嫩,越吃越想吃。

Steps to make 口水鸡

  • 1.鸡肉清洗干净后沥干水分,用米酒涂抹,再放上姜片腌制15分钟。
  • 2.烧开一锅水,把鸡肉放入锅里蒸20分钟
  • 3.我习惯做汤的时候蒸菜,既可以省时间也省燃气,家里备着的是尚尼的汤锅,可以上蒸下炖,一锅汤的时间可以蒸3个菜,汤好了,菜也能上桌了。
  • 4.准备一大碗清水,把鸡肉取出直接放入冰水里降温,这一步既可以让鸡皮变得紧致Q弹,也能让鸡肉变得很鲜嫩哦。
  • 5.鸡肉降温的时候可以调酱汁,将蒜末,姜末和指天椒圈放入碗里,倒入热油爆香,再倒入生抽,蚝油,香油,糖和油辣子拌匀成酱汁。
  • 6.将降温后的鸡肉砍成小块,淋上酱汁即可上桌。
  • 7.撒上葱花香菜,色香味俱全的口水鸡就做好啦。
