Steps to make 萝卜缨做的梅干菜

  • 1.水萝卜长势喜人啊,施农家肥的蔬菜就是不一样。
  • 2.把水萝卜洗净,萝卜和萝卜缨分开。
  • 3.做先把萝卜缨平铺在晾晒网里面。
  • 4.放通风处晾晒一天,让萝卜缨变软至半干状态。
  • 5.现在开始三蒸三晒的步骤:晚饭后,把萝卜缨放在蒸锅里蒸半小时,关火后焖一夜。
  • 6.第二天白天把蒸好的萝卜缨放在晾晒网里晒干。这两个步骤重复三次,完成三蒸三晒。
  • 7.这是第一次蒸晒后的样子。
  • 8.干透之后蒸第二次。
  • 9.蒸完继续焖一夜,这时候已经有梅干菜的香味出来了。
  • 10.这是第二次蒸晒后的样子,颜色越来越深,味道越来越浓郁了。
  • 11.经过三蒸三晒的萝卜缨已经华丽变身,闻起来有浓重的梅干菜味道,晾好的梅干菜装在盒子里,放阴凉处保存,吃的时候用水泡软,可以蒸肉也可以包梅菜肉包。
