火龙果奶油蛋糕卷

  • 白糖40g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 火龙果半个
  • 淡奶油100g
  • 白糖10g(放淡奶油中)

Steps to make 火龙果奶油蛋糕卷

  • 1.备好食材,淡奶油从冰箱拿出。
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分放两个无水无油盆中。
  • 3.鸡蛋中加10g白糖搅匀。
  • 4.加牛奶、色拉油再次搅匀。
  • 5.加低筋面粉搅匀。
  • 6.蛋清加2滴白醋用电动打蛋器打至出小泡泡加1/3白糖。
  • 7.至细腻再加1/3糖,继续打发,至纹路清晰加剩余糖。
  • 8.最后出现小弯钩。
  • 9.取1/3蛋白放入蛋黄液中切拌。
  • 10.取蛋白再次放入切拌。
  • 11.倒入放了油纸的烤盘中。
  • 12.中层170℃烤20分钟。
  • 13.火龙果切小块。
  • 14.蛋卷烤好。
  • 15.倒扣晾一会。
  • 16.淡奶油加糖打发好。
  • 17.淡奶油抹到蛋糕卷上。
  • 18.靠近一侧放上火龙果块。
  • 19.卷起,切块。
  • 20.成品。
