Steps to make 1人食低脂早餐•无油华夫饼&烤香肠

  • 1.材料准备好:中等个头的鸡蛋1个,10克细砂糖,2克无铝泡打粉,50克低筋面粉,牛奶,香肠,洗净沥干水的生菜。
  • 2.泡打粉、白糖和面粉稍混合。
  • 3.鸡蛋磕入面粉中,用筷子大致搅拌一下。
  • 4.逐量加入牛奶,搅拌成糊状;面糊稀一点,面糊在烤盘里流动性好,易整理成方形;面糊稠一点,入烤盘后不易流动,可以压成圆饼状。
  • 5.多功能早餐机通电加热,左侧的小煮锅选择“煎烤”功能,倒几滴油,用刷子在锅底刷几下,香肠入锅。
  • 6.右侧的华夫饼加热,倒几滴油,用刷子在底盘和上盘刷几下,倒适量面糊在烤盘上;想要形状规则的,将面糊铺满饼盘;不在乎形状的,可随意倒一些面糊即可。
  • 7.华夫饼上盘扣下,加热2分钟;左侧香肠翻动煎烤,均匀受热。
  • 8.香肠烤好后关火,华夫饼烤好后出盘,将剩下的面糊依次完成;只需第一次刷少许油,剩下的几张无需再刷油。
  • 9.生菜手撕大块入碗中,淋适量大藏芥末沙拉酱,油脂少,味道好,很开胃。
