Steps to make 剁椒粉丝金针菇

  • 1.金针菇去掉根部,洗净,用手撕开。
  • 2.粉丝用开水泡软。
  • 3.锅中倒油,烧热,倒入剁椒翻炒。
  • 4.加入蒸鱼豉油和水搅拌均匀。
  • 5.锅中添水,烧开,倒入金针菇煮熟。
  • 6.将泡好的粉丝铺在盘子上。
  • 7.上面再铺上金针菇,再将炒好的剁椒均匀地倒在金针菇上。开水上锅,蒸8分钟左右。
