自制番茄火锅汤底----可以喝的火锅汤
我是一个超级火锅控
一年四季都是隔三差五的火锅餐
而且都是重口味
那天无意做了这个口味的,瞬间就喜欢上了
这几天上火严重外加感冒
又没有食欲,就琢磨着做点啥吃吃
突然间想到冰箱里还有几个鸡腿儿
还有那啥上次买的一包番茄味的火锅汤底没吃呢
说做就做,家里蔬菜都没有,美团上面还好外卖可以送啊
一个人就整上了

  • 芝麻香油半勺
  • 大葱半根

  • 2.剁成稍微大一点的块儿
  • 3.锅里上水,放入剁好的鸡块加一勺料酒,煮开,沥干水,用温水冲干净浮沫
  • 4.煲汤我用的是电压力锅其实这种锅不费水但是想着火锅就放的多一些可以放入几片生姜,和葱结段
  • 5.按煲汤键就可以啦
  • 6.煲好的汤倒入到火锅的锅里下面我们开始来调味道
  • 7.给大家介绍这个番茄味道的火锅汤底特别好吃
  • 8.全部倒入到锅里,然后勺子搅散
  • 9.加入适量盐,鸡粉,芝麻香油
  • 10.接着就是大葱段,番茄片【等下炖一下番茄味更浓郁】还有干辣椒这个不喜欢辣的可以不放我喜欢酸辣的,开胃啊
  • 11.为了好看,放了几个香菇,香菇上面划十字就行
  • 12.汤开之后放入自己喜欢的就可以啦建议开始可以先喝几碗汤,瞬间食欲大增啊放开胃大吃吧就
  • 13.哈哈,其实这个汤底最适合涮蔬菜,一点不油腻即过了火锅瘾,也不会上火
  • 14. 哈哈,就喜欢这种咕噜咕噜的感觉
  • 15.这个丸子里面是芝士的,第一次吃,觉得还挺特别的
