香菇牛肉粥

  • 1.牛肉馅50克。
  • 2.香菇两朵切片,一粒大蒜、适量的大葱切碎。两小片生姜。
  • 3.牛肉馅冷水入锅,水开用漏勺捞出,热水漂洗干净牛肉上的浮沫。
  • 4.高压锅加入1000克水。35克的大米,35克的糯米淘洗干净下入锅中。上气后调小火力煮15分钟。
  • 5.炒锅加入少许的油,煸香葱姜蒜。
  • 6.下入香菇片翻炒出香味后盛出。
  • 7.压力锅自动泄压后再打开。经过15分钟的熬煮,米粥变得很稠。
  • 8.打开灶火,加入炒好的香菇片。
  • 9.调入适量的盐就可以了。喜欢鸡精,味精,胡椒粉的也可以放一点。
  • 10.盛入碗中,撒几粒香葱碎装饰。
