  • 干红椒2个

Steps to make 板栗烧鸡

  • 1.鸡肉焯水。如图准备好这些调味料(花椒和干红椒主要作用是提香的)
  • 2.锅中放入适量色拉油即下入花椒和干红椒小火炒香,把花椒和干红椒捞出扔掉。
  • 3.在炒过花椒的油中放入图一中配料,继续小火炒香,放入焯水过的鸡肉转中火翻炒3-5分钟左右
  • 4.放入准备好的板栗仁翻炒均匀后,放入盐,老抽,糖继续翻炒3分钟左右(多炒一会主要为增加鸡肉香味,会把鸡肉中油脂也炒出来)
  • 5.锅中加水,以和鸡肉持平为准,盖盖,大火烧开转小火炖15-20分钟,直到板栗和鸡肉都熟为止。
  • 6.如果这时候锅中汤还是比较多的话,开盖大火收汁吧,收到合适量,锅中汤汁粘稠。淋上一勺香油翻匀,出锅即可啦。
