  • 食用油1勺
  • 干椒粉1匙
  • 花椒油1匙
  • 酱油少许

Steps to make 蒜香腊鸡腿

  • 1.取一块自制风干腊鸡腿。
  • 2.斩块。
  • 3.蒜头切成粒。
  • 4.将斩块的腊鸡腿放锅中。
  • 5.加漠过腊鸡腿的水量煮三分钟。
  • 6.将水倒掉,腊鸡腿留锅中煸炒至水干后放食用油爆香。
  • 7.放蒜粒和干辣粉继续煸炒。
  • 8.如果腊鸡腿偏淡就加点酱油或是生抽调味。
  • 9.将蒜粒炒至断生后淋入少许花椒油翻炒均匀即可。
  • 10.蒜香咸鲜,是我们湖南过年时招待客人的一道下酒菜。
