Steps to make 糖醋三牙鱼

  • 1.去头三牙鱼解冻,洗净,擦干水份,用盐里外薄薄抹一遍。
  • 2.姜葱准备好。
  • 3.把糖醋汁材料搅匀备用。(味道根据自家口味调节。)
  • 4.热油锅,用厨房纸把鱼再擦干一遍,放入锅里大火煎至黄金。
  • 5.翻面煎。
  • 6.放入姜片煎一下。
  • 7.倒入糖醋汁烧开,转小火烧6-7分钟。(盖上盖子烧)
  • 8.打开盖子大火稍收汁。
  • 9.放入葱段烧约1分钟,让葱出香味即可。
  • 10.甜酸开胃且下饭。
