芋圆换种吃法——桂花酒酿芋圆
芋圆是人人皆爱的美食,今天用芋艿、红薯、紫薯做了三色芋圆,再用传统酒酿圆子的方法做了这款酒酿芋圆,带来不同的风味感觉!

    Steps to make 芋圆换种吃法——桂花酒酿芋圆

    • 1.先将芋艿、红薯、紫薯切对半,放锅里蒸熟
    • 2.先将芋艿去皮压成泥
    • 3.再加入糖粉和木薯粉按压成团
    • 4.同样的方法将红薯、紫薯也做成团,紫薯偏干可加点水
    • 5.将各种面团搓成条,再切成小段
    • 6.沸水下锅,将各种芋圆煮至浮起
    • 7.另起锅放少量水,加入酒酿烧开后加冰糖或白糖
    • 8.将煮好的芋圆放入酒酿
    • 9.鸡蛋碗中打散
    • 10.一勺勺将蛋液加入
    • 11.倒入水淀粉勾芡
    • 12.撒把桂花干即可
