【虫草鸽子汤】——调理滋补佳品
妈妈大病一场,全家在紧张、焦虑、煎熬中度过了最难熬的一个时期。我也经历了有生以来最煎熬的日子,看到妈妈被病痛折磨,我自责、心疼、懊悔......这么些年,我每天的中心点都是孩子,我在妈妈身上只有索取,从未想到她会有病倒的一天,也有软弱无力的时候,也会需要我的照顾、也从未意识到妈妈已经老了,不再身强力壮了。我为自己的自私自责、为自己的大意懊悔、为自己的无能为力心痛.....

很庆幸我们全家度过了最危难的时刻,妈妈已经到了术后恢复阶段,现在最主要的就是调理了,以后我要尽全力为爸爸、妈妈付出,让他们的老年如同我的童年般快乐、无虑。

这是妈妈出院后的第一餐,暂时还只能进食流食累的食物。鸽子是术后滋补的佳品,由于妈妈还需要服用中草药,所以炖汤时没有再加入滋补药材,只选用了红枣、枸杞和虫草。

鸽子的营养价值较高,对老年人、体虚病弱者、手术病人、孕妇及儿童非常适合。如果是做给病人调理的鸽子汤,最好选择老一些的鸽子,而且宰杀鸽子时一定不能放血,如果像杀鸡一样先放血再宰杀,鸽子的滋补效果会大打折扣,鸽子血留在体内一起炖汤滋补效果最佳。如果是病后的人进补,只喝汤即可。

Steps to make 【虫草鸽子汤】——调理滋补佳品

  • 1.将所有材料准备好,鸽子清洗干净
  • 2.砂锅加水加热至70度左右时,放入鸽子
  • 3.烧开后捞出鸽子,再次冲洗干净备用,砂锅里的水倒掉不要
  • 4.将切好的姜片塞入鸽子肚子中
  • 5.砂锅再次加水,直接放入鸽子,大火加热
  • 6.烧开后,撇去浮沫,加入红枣和虫草
  • 7.小火炖两个小时,加入适量盐、枸杞,继续炖两分钟,关火即可
