豉香炒凉粉
夏季的凉粉可以说是多数人的最爱,我也经常在家做,之前只知道凉粉是拌着吃,后来听朋友说还可以炒着吃,觉得很特别,于是便根据自己口味制作了这款炒凉粉,味道还真的不错,凉粉仍然那么有弹性,入口鲜香Q弹,开胃下饭,非常有特色。

  • 香葱3根
  • 姜末3g
  • 大蒜3瓣
  • 鲜酱油5g
  • 老抽3g
  • 2g
  • 2g

Steps to make 豉香炒凉粉

  • 2.凉粉切小块,香葱切碎,蒜和姜切末
  • 3.起油锅,油热后下入葱花、姜末、蒜末(葱花和蒜末分别放一半的量)
  • 4.爆香葱姜蒜后下入豆豉香辣酱翻炒片刻
  • 5.放入凉粉块,再调入盐翻炒均匀
  • 6.倒入鲜酱油、老抽和糖,翻炒约2分钟
  • 7.起锅前放入剩余的葱花和蒜末,炒匀后即可关火出锅
  • 8.盛上一碗享用吧,别有一番风味哦!
