母亲节的蛋糕
日子过得真快,母亲节又到了。这段日子忙忙乎乎的混日子:上班,接送小孩,重新回学校学习.......每天的晚餐都应付过(儿子说的我都不好意思了)。 做的菜也懒得拍照了。趁着母亲节,咱就勤快一回,做了个妈妈喜欢的芒果蛋糕庆祝一下吧。愿天下的妈妈们母亲节快乐,健康长寿 ,永远漂亮如花!

蛋糕的做法这里就不详细说了,选用自己喜欢的蛋糕体就行。我的材料是(8寸):大鸡蛋4个,低筋面粉1/2杯,糖1/4杯(蛋白)+ 2大匙(蛋黄),玉米油1/4杯,牛奶1/4杯,醋几滴。350F/180C度烤35分钟。

Steps to make 母亲节的蛋糕

  • 1.蛋糕片成2片。
  • 2.鲜奶油加糖打硬性。
  • 3.把蛋糕托板放在转盘上,放上一片蛋糕片,抹上薄薄的奶油,撒上芒果丁。
  • 4.盖上另一片蛋糕,轻压一下,倒入适量的奶油,用抹刀抹平。
  • 5.盖上另一片蛋糕,轻压一下,倒入适量的奶油,用抹刀抹平。
  • 6.剩余的奶油滴入1滴红色素,拌匀,装入裱花袋里。
  • 7.在蛋糕边上挤一圈花纹,放上水果装饰。
  • 8.在水果上刷上果胶,水果看上去会更有亮度。
