Steps to make 巧克力乳酪塔

  • 1.黄油软化后,加入5克盐充分拌匀。
  • 2.加入蛋黄拌匀。
  • 3.加入牛奶30克拌匀。
  • 4.面粉共240克混合过筛到黄油糊中。
  • 5.用手抓成团,盖保鲜膜松弛30分钟。
  • 6.将面团分成每个重30克,放入蛋挞模中,慢慢转圈按压。
  • 7.用牙签在塔皮的底部扎上小洞,防止烤的时候鼓起。
  • 8.烤箱预热,180度,上下火,中层,烤15分钟左右,取出冷却。
  • 9.制作乳酪馅:奶油奶酪250克常温软化后,加入砂糖40克拌匀。
  • 10.加入全蛋一个搅打均匀。
  • 11.加入淡奶油150克拌匀。
  • 12.筛入可可粉15克拌匀。
  • 13.倒入咖啡酒5克拌匀。
  • 14.将乳酪馅填入塔皮中,约7分满。
  • 15.烤箱预热,170度,上下火,中层,烤30分钟左右。
  • 16.冷却后食用。
