Steps to make Chives and Eggs Dumplings
- 1. Cut the chives into small pieces and set aside.
- 2. Fry the vermicelli in a wok until crispy, remove and crush. Set aside.
- 3. Mix the eggs well and stir them into a pot. Set aside.
- 4. Pour the leeks, vermicelli, and eggs into a container, add three teaspoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of chicken powder, and one teaspoon of five spice powder, mix well and set aside.
- 5. Take the dumpling skin and pick the filling.
- 6. Wrap dumplings using folding method.
- 7. Pack them one by one.
- 8. Pour water into the boiling pot and add a little salt. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook the dumplings until cooked.
