无锡玉兰饼
日思夜想回故乡,今天上网又突然看到无锡玉兰饼。 注:玉兰饼是江南一带的特色小吃,它是用糯米和肉馅做成的。无锡著名小吃。 玉兰饼创始于清道光十二年(公元1850年)由无锡孙记糕团店创制的,因正值玉兰花开时节而得名。外脆里香,江南一带的人常用来当早餐和豆浆一起食用,美味还不容易饿。

Steps to make 无锡玉兰饼

  • 1.糯米粉500克
  • 2.加温水揉匀成团,分成40克左右等分面团。搓圆,用大拇指在面团中间压出凹陷。
  • 3.包入豆沙馅(豆沙馅是超市买的现成的)
  • 4.平底锅内放入花生油加热,等油温升高时放入玉兰饼,转小火煎炸。
  • 5.平底锅太耗油,换了炒锅继续煎炸。
  • 6.每一面小火炸3-4分钟,可转大火两面各炸1分钟,上色。等两面微金黄色出锅。注意:在煎炸快出锅前,豆沙馅受热容易漏馅,如发生露馅情况,尽快出锅。
  • 7.好啦,香喷喷的玉兰饼出锅啦~~~
  • 8.咬了一大口,香香脆脆的外壳,里面糯糯的,还有甜甜热热的豆沙,妙不可言~~不过这是高热量的,平时少食为宜哦
