Steps to make 双层卡布奇诺果冻

  • 1.1准备材料
  • 2.2先做牛奶果冻液:鱼胶粉撒入材料用的水中,浸泡5分钟,使其含有水分
  • 3.3锅中倒入牛奶和冰糖,用木勺搅拌,使糖溶解即将沸腾时离火
  • 4.4将步骤2隔水加热溶解
  • 5.5将步骤4材料加入到步骤3中
  • 6.6做咖啡果冻液:鱼胶粉撒入材料用的水中,浸泡5分钟,使其含有水分,然后隔水加热溶解速溶卡布奇诺用15克开水溶解
  • 7.7锅中倒入400ML水和冰糖,煮沸后立即加入步骤6混合搅拌
  • 8.8 完全溶解关火
  • 9.9将步骤6的鱼胶粉液倒入步骤8中
  • 10.10 把牛奶冻取出切小块
  • 11.11 放数块到碗中
  • 12.12 把步骤9的溶液倒入碗的一半左右 放到冰箱冷藏凝固30分钟左右
  • 13.13,,,,,
  • 14.14再倒入数块牛奶冻和卡布奇诺溶液放到冰箱凝固40分钟即可
