过年的时候,家家都会有红烧肉,而现在生活条件好了,红烧肉反而吃得不多了。冬天,需要多吃一点肉,囤积脂肪,这个时候红烧肉是最好的选择。色泽红亮、口味浓郁、肥而不腻、瘦而不柴,不喜欢吃肥肉的我,也越来越喜欢了。

  • 老抽半勺

Steps to make 红烧肉

  • 1.准备五花肉,最好半肥半瘦。
  • 2.将五花肉切块,大小适中。
  • 3.准备调料。
  • 4.锅中倒入菜籽油,油开后倒入除了香料、姜、花椒。
  • 5.倒入五花肉
  • 6.倒入一勺盐。
  • 7.翻炒,炒至五花肉变色微发黄,炒出部分的油。
  • 8.倒入老抽,我用的东坡红,上色会比较好看。
  • 9.翻炒入味。
  • 10.倒入醋,继续翻炒。
  • 11.锅中倒入水,刚好盖入五花肉。中小火煮一小时。
  • 12.倒入冰糖,收干汁水即可。
  • 13.味道真是棒棒哒,肥而不腻,不爱吃肥肉的我也很喜欢呢。
