三鲜春卷

Steps to make 三鲜春卷

  • 1.韭菜清洗后切断,胡萝卜切丝。
  • 2.香菇泡发后切丝,葱切段,粉丝泡软后也切断。
  • 3.虾仁片成两半,然后加少许盐和料酒姜丝腌制一会。
  • 4.锅里放油,烧热后下香菇炒出香味。
  • 5.接着下胡萝卜翻炒至大约断生。
  • 6.倒入豆芽、韭菜和粉丝翻炒至断生。
  • 7.加少许盐、酱油蚝油调味,最后加少许淀粉水勾芡,淋少许香油出锅冷却备用。
  • 8.饺子皮表面刷少许油,重叠五六张后用擀面杖擀成薄片。
  • 9.再把饺子皮一片片分开备用。
  • 10.取一张饺子皮,表面码上适量冷却的馅料,放上一两片虾仁。
  • 11.饺子皮包住馅先往上卷起一圈,再把两边向里折叠,再往上卷起,(可以一次包多点,包好的半成品分隔开冷冻保存,每次想吃了拿出来直接烤)。
  • 12.把包好的春卷刷一层油,放进ACA炸烤箱的炸网里,送进烤箱使用空炸档200度烤约15分钟至表面金黄,出炉蘸醋或者自己喜欢的调味汁食用。
