糖油粑粑
糖油粑粑是老长沙的著名小吃,软糯的糯米圆子外裹了一层糖汁,晶莹发亮,软软糯糯真的是好吃。

Steps to make 糖油粑粑

  • 1.后,把糯米粉放入盆中,先少量加入开水,用筷子搅成面絮。
  • 2.分几次加入水,揉成光滑不粘手的粉团,静置一会儿。
  • 3.在粉团静置的时候,调糖水,把30克红糖用水化开。
  • 4.把静置好的粉团分成20克一个剂子,然后搓圆。
  • 5.取一锅,倒入适量的油,4成热时把搓好的粑粑放入锅中。
  • 6.转中火把粑粑炸至呈淡金黄色后捞出沥油。
  • 7.另取一锅,把化开的红糖水倒入锅中,煮开后放入粑粑。
  • 8.煮开后至粑粑都裹上糖汁,大火收汁即可熄火盛出。
  • 9.细腻软滑,色泽酱红,香香甜甜的糖油粑粑。
