  • 1.备:清远鸡半只清洗干净。

  • 9.然后加入一碗水,盖上盖子中火焖煮约20分钟左右,中途打开盖子翻面焖煮才能均匀入味。
  • 10.时间到打开盖子,想知道鸡是否熟透用筷子扦一下鸡腿肉多的地方,没渗血水就是熟透了。
  • 11.捞出来稍微放凉。
