蜜汁猪肉脯
我是一个肉食爱好者,即使是零食,也超爱那种大口吃肉的感觉。因此我的零食必不可少的就是猪肉脯。以前都是买来的,最近刚好看到长帝的这个烤箱有热风功能,就是想着要不自己做一次,味道还不错哦。

  • 猪腿肉1000g
  • 料酒10g
  • 8g
  • 酱油20g
  • 蚝油30g
  • 黑胡椒粉3g
  • 60g
  • 红曲粉4g
  • 蜂蜜40g

Steps to make 蜜汁猪肉脯

  • 1.猪腿肉洗净,沥干水分之后晾干,去掉筋膜,切小块后用料理机打成肉糜。
  • 2.肉糜放在厨师机桶中,加入肉脯材料中的全部调料。
  • 3.厨师机安上搅拌刀。
  • 4.开动厨师机2档速度,搅拌8分钟。
  • 5.一直搅拌到猪肉上劲,能够挂在搅拌刀上面。
  • 6.做好的肉糜倒在大碗中,包上保鲜膜。先放在冰箱冷藏1个小时。
  • 7.在烤盘上平铺一张油纸,取200g肉糜平铺在油纸上,表面盖上保鲜膜,将肉糜擀成均匀的薄薄的一片。
  • 8.撕去保鲜膜,将肉糜送入预热好的烤箱中,热风模式,上下火180度,烘烤15分钟。
  • 9.时间到了之后取出肉脯,表面薄薄地刷一层蜂蜜。
  • 10.翻面再刷上一层蜂蜜,接着送入烤箱,依然是 180度,烘烤8分钟。
  • 11.8分钟后取出肉脯,继续两面刷上蜂蜜,表面撒上白芝麻,送入烤箱 180度,烘6分钟。
  • 12.经过3次烘烤之后的肉脯就可以出炉啦。最后用厨房剪刀剪成你喜欢的大小即可。
