Steps to make 青笋炒紫山药

  • 1.水发黑木耳洗净后撕成小朵备用。
  • 2.莴笋去叶去皮洗净后切成薄片,蒜去皮切片,红椒去籽洗净切小块备用。
  • 3.紫山药去皮洗净后切成山药片。
  • 4.把切好的山药片放入沸水锅里焯至八成熟后捞出备用。
  • 5.炒锅倒油烧热,下蒜片煸出香味后放入木耳翻炒一会。
  • 6.放入莴笋片和红椒翻炒翻炒。
  • 7.放入紫山药片翻炒至熟。
  • 8.调入适量盐和少许蔬之鲜翻炒均匀即可起锅。
