  • 1.鸡蛋打入干净容器,温水坐入。
  • 2.加入大约三分之一的糖,开始高速打发鸡蛋,起大泡状态。
  • 3.继续加入三分之一的糖,打发鸡蛋打发后浓稠发白。
  • 4.加入剩余的糖,直至打发鸡蛋成“固”态。
  • 5.加入南瓜泥搅拌均匀。
  • 6.分两次筛入面粉拌入南瓜蛋液。
  • 7.最后撒入南瓜丁,稍微翻拌。
  • 8.电饭锅烧热后倒入南瓜蛋糕液,开始烤蛋糕。烤好的蛋糕竹签戳过无黏物带出即可。时间长久根据蛋糕液的多少而定。具体提示在菜谱后的【小窍门】。
