【春,食在达州】豌豆尖圆子汤
肉圆子是四川达州这边的特色菜,当地人叫它“圆子”~~为了同其他圆子混淆,索性我就叫它“达州肉圆子”吧~~
过去,圆子一般是冬季制作得比较多~~~~天气寒冷,圆子可以储存得更久~~~
而现在,冰箱成了家电必备品后~~一年四季大家都热衷做圆子啦~~
圆子的具体做法,我以前有记录过,这里就不赘述了~~~
有朋友问我,做好的圆子怎么吃?
吃法很简单,蒸好直接吃,或者用来做汤都很不错的~~~
今天这道汤就是用达州肉圆子和时令蔬菜做的,鲜美~~~
春天,是一个非常诗情画意的季节~~~

  • 豌豆尖80g
  • 老姜1块
  • 2小勺
  • 牛肉粉1小勺

  • 1.豌豆尖掐去比较老的部分,洗净备用;

  • 3.老姜洗净后,拍扁;
  • 4.煮锅里倒入适量清水,老姜煮开;
  • 5.放入达州肉丸子略煮;
  • 6.调入适量盐搅拌均匀,放入豌豆尖;
  • 7.调入适量牛肉粉;
  • 8.搅拌均匀,关火,起锅。
