  • 1.肥牛卷和芹菜准备好;肥牛卷提前取出解冻,芹菜杆清洗干净;
  • 2.把肥牛卷拆成肥牛片,这样可增加受热及入味的面积,装盘也比卷卷好看;
  • 3.入开水锅焯烫变色即捞出,可去除掉多余的血水,炒后更清爽;
  • 4.芹菜斜切粗丝;
  • 5.炒锅中倒少许油,将芹菜翻炒变色,可淋少许水增加湿度;
  • 6.肥牛片入锅,撒盐、倒生抽,翻炒均匀即出锅。
