    Steps to make 春饼

    • 1.面粉,和放了5分钟的开水。
    • 2.面粉和水和成软面团,和匀成团即可,醒30分钟(我是晚上和完,盖上湿布放了一晚)。
    • 3.取出面团稍揉,成长条形。
    • 4.下等大剂子,大小随意,按扁剂子,并在剂子表面刷油。
    • 5.两个剂子刷油的那面相对上下放好。
    • 6.按扁,擀成圆饼。
    • 7.不粘锅刷油,饼坯入锅烙制(不刷油也行。
    • 8.饼稍上色(变透明状)即可翻面烙另一面。
    • 9.因为饼中间是刷了油的,所以很自然就分成了两张。
    • 10.卷上你喜欢的菜,开吃吧~~
