Steps to make Sucai: Colored Vegetable Rolls
- 1. Materials prepared.
- 2. Cucumbers, roll well and slowly cut along the skin with a knife.
- 3. Peel and shred carrots, soak mushrooms in hair and shred them, wash cabbage and cut into large pieces.
- 4. Boil the water in the pot, blanch the cabbage, cucumber slices, and shredded carrots, then remove them.
