千层椰香黑加仑土司
完全用面包机烘焙,放了黑加仑干和椰蓉,甜甜的黑加仑淡淡的椰香,长长的拉丝,颜色也漂亮,没有厚皮,组织细腻,一层一层的撕着吃,口感非常好。

  • 1.备齐各种食材
  • 2.先放入鸡蛋、牛奶、水,糖和盐要以对角线的位置分开放,筛入面粉
  • 3.启动和面程序
  • 4.一个程序结束,面团成型很好,轻按表面也不粘,干净湿布盖在面包桶上,再盖好面包机盖子,静止2小时,这是静止后的面团
  • 5.静止两小时后检查面团状态,拉扯后也可看到出膜。这时候在旁边放入软化的黄油和酵母,继续启动一个揉面程序
  • 6.我用两个揉面程序,可以轻松拉出大的膜
  • 7.把面团分割成大小均匀的13个面团,然后盖上湿布静置松弛15分钟,此时可以把锡纸包在内胆上,避免烘烤时过火
  • 8.黑加仑切碎
  • 9.取一个小面团,从中间压上,擀了上半部分再擀下半部分,擀成椭圆形,表面刷一层软化的黄油,撒上切碎的玫瑰颗粒,顺次操作剩下的面团,依次摞到一起,形成13个叠在一起的面片
  • 10.把面片一分为二,用锋利的刀来切
  • 11.竖着放入内胆中,选择面包机的酸奶功能,设置发酵时间50分钟
  • 12.看面团发酵到两倍大,表面刷一层薄薄的蛋液,撒上黑加仑碎和椰蓉
  • 13.选择面包机烘烤功能,调成40分钟
  • 14.OK!烤好的面包立刻脱模,晾到不烫手时,用保鲜袋装起保存。
