  • 1.鲫鱼收拾好,清洗干净,控水。

  • 4.锅内留少许底油,放葱姜炒香,加适量酱油、醋、冰糖、盐,加适量水。
  • 5.酱汁烧开后,放入煎好的鱼。
  • 6.中火炖15分钟,中间翻一下面,出锅即可。
