全麦葡萄干吐司
自从败了烤箱做了几次蛋糕吐司之类的,有成功也有失败,这次做的吐司表面有点起壳,形状也不漂亮!下次会拿出满意的成品与大家分享!期待中……

  • 全麦面包粉150克
  • 高筋粉100克
  • 葡萄干60克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 炼乳40克
  • 120ml
  • 酵母4克
  • 1克
  • 玉米油15克

Steps to make 全麦葡萄干吐司

  • 1.炼乳用120ml开水冲泡
  • 2.除葡萄干、油外的材料揉成不粘手面团后加入油继续揉至能拉出厚膜的状态(这手套膜何时才会成功,这次临时有时放弃了,下次再继续革命)
  • 3.揉好后收圆盖湿布发酵
  • 4.发酵至两倍大(貌似没有)后排气
  • 5.将排气后的面团擀成长方形
  • 6.撒上葡萄干
  • 7.从宽处卷起(卷得不是很均匀,可能就是这个导致成品的卖像)放入吐司盒进行二次发酵
  • 8.发酵至七分满盖上吐司盖
  • 9.烤箱上下火170度预热后中下层烤40分钟
  • 10.出炉后即可脱膜,成品有点起壳(不知道是哪里出了问题?)晾至温热就可以装保鲜袋里保存了)
  • 11.烤好后即可脱膜晾凉至温热装保鲜袋保存
  • 12.烤好后即可脱膜晾凉至温热装保鲜袋保存
