牛肉菠萝披萨
说起披萨,一直觉得它的热量比较高,由于怕胖所以平常也很少吃。不过这披萨假如做得好的话,又确实挺美味的,事实上我还是挺喜欢的。
   但是,一直没勇气自己尝试,前些日子买了一只巨大的菠萝,就想着要不要尝试一次,特意去买了做披萨芝士回来。很可惜哦,不知哪个环节出了问题,明明放了不少的芝士却想不明白为什么好像不怎么拉丝呢?

    Steps to make 牛肉菠萝披萨

    • 1.事先把用生抽、白糖、生粉腌过的牛肉炒出来。
    • 2.取适量自发粉放入器皿内。
    • 3.加入适量水揉搓成面团。
    • 4.再调入一大勺橄榄油,继续揉搓。
    • 5.揉搓均匀之后让它发酵约一小时。
    • 6.面团发大之后放上按板摊成圆形。
    • 7.倒入少许橄榄油入披萨烤盘,涂均匀。
    • 8.然后将摊成圆形的面团放入烤盘内。
    • 9.涂上适量番茄酱。
    • 10.放上一层芝士。
    • 11.均匀地摆放好炒过的牛肉。
    • 12.放入切好的洋葱与番茄。
    • 13.放上切成小块的菠萝。
    • 14.最后再铺上一层芝士。
    • 15.烤箱设置200度,烤25分钟。
    • 16.取出切块即可食用。
