  • 45克
  • 玉米油30克
  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 蛋白3个
  • 可可粉15克
  • 热水40克
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 炼乳15克

Steps to make 草莓可可裸蛋糕

  • 1.将开水倒入可可粉中,搅拌均匀成可可酱备用
  • 2.蛋黄蛋清分离,蛋黄中加入白糖搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入水
  • 4. 继续加入色拉油搅拌均匀
  • 5. 低筋面粉过筛
  • 6.面糊搅拌均匀放置备用
  • 7. 蛋白分三次加入白砂糖打发至八分发
  • 8.先取三分之一的蛋白霜到蛋黄糊中
  • 9.搅拌均匀后倒入剩下的三分之二蛋白霜中搅拌均匀
  • 10.取一部分面糊倒入可可酱,刮拌均匀后加入到剩下的面糊中刮拌均匀即可
  • 11.蛋糕倒入模具,150度烘烤60分钟
  • 12.取出倒扣放凉,脱模切三块
  • 13.草莓蓝莓洗净,淡奶油打发备用
  • 14.然后在蛋糕胚上码上奶油水果即可
  • 15.冷藏食用
